Intro to Wallets
To get started onchain, you'll need a wallet.
Here are some good wallets to check out for various blockchains. This will ONLY cover self-custodial wallets (unless I wish to specifically cover a custodial wallet), where you have full control of your assets.
- Multichain wallets: Explore multiple ecosystems with one wallet.
- Bitcoin wallets: Invest in and use the first and most well-known cryptocurrency.
- Ethereum wallets: The second most well-known blockchain, and a large hub for stablecoins.
- Arweave wallets: Permanent, decentralized data storage.
- Hardware wallets: Maximum security for your crypto savings.
